Insurance

To keep patient’s costs down, we have decided to be an Out-of-Network provider. This means you pay at the time of service and can request a Superbill to submit to your insurance. Doing this allows Dr. Aaron to focus on caring for patients and not spending hours dealing with insurance companies, which he knows by experience is a losing battle for both the patients and the practice.

Medicare: We are considered a non-participating provider with Medicare. This means that you pay for your care at the time of service, and the office submits the claim directly to Medicare on your behalf. If the care is covered, Medicare will put the money towards your deductible or pay you back directly.
It should be noted that for Chiropractic care, Medicare DOES NOT cover anything except the spinal adjustment when it’s an acute case. That means there is NO coverage for examinations, x-rays, therapies (like ART), extremity adjustments, or what they consider maintenance/wellness visits.

Commercial Insurances (i.e. Blue Cross, Aetna, United Health Care, etc): We can provide you with a Superbill to submit to your insurance company to put towards your deductible or be reimbursed. A Superbill will have all the information needed for this. Most commercial insurances have a portal where you can upload these documents. To find out if you have any coverage for care with Dr. Aaron, you should contact your insurance company and ask what your OUT-OF-NETWORK Chiropractic benefits are. This may be seen online for most plans as well. Most people likely have a high out-of-network deductible, and insurance might cover an amount after the deductible is hit. Most patients do not use enough care to hit their deductible in this office, but it can help towards the deductible for other medical costs in that calendar year.
